ClinicalPath presents evidence-based oncology pathways embedded in the clinical workflow — integrated within EHR — to help oncologists make consistent, well-informed decisions for high quality care.

For China market, a localized version has been designed with latest branding language and developed with new architecture. It started with wide and deep research, followed by several rounds of concept testing. After the pilot launch of MVP, UX designer and researcher continuously track the usage and user feedback, in order to iterate the product and shape the vision in the future.

Research

Several rounds Contextual Inquiry study help the team understand the use cases and how CP could support end users and the organization.

Together with findings from interviews, a journey map has been created and shared with the wider team and stakeholders, helping the team to build empathy for users and capture their point of view.
