EF Study

One app for EF students to book, reschedule or cancel online classes.
Single touch point to take classes and review after class reports from teachers.
With responsive webview design, the hybrid app was developed for phone and tablet on both iOS and Android. A website was implemented as well, for those students who only have PC or Windows devices.

The objective was to gain empathy and map out users’ needs with priorities.
6 selected families, including EF students and drop-out students, were visited and interviewed.
